Attn: All Voting Representatives. Did You Receive A Confirmation Email?
Earlier this week, Amigos Voting Representatives were sent an email to their email address on file. During the second week of April, Amigos will send information about our May 15, 2019 Annual Member Business Meeting to our registered Voting Representatives. Through this email, you will be able to access all meeting documents, including the online ballot. Please note that you will also receive the same information via U.S. mail; however, any additional correspondence will be sent via email only.
The Bylaws require that the Director of an Amigos Member must register the designated Voting Representative with the Amigos Office. If you, as the Voting Representative received the email, no action is required. If you, as the Voting Representative, did not receive the email, please ask your Director or Dean to register the designated Voting Representative with the Amigos Office. Please send the Voting Representative’s name and email address to Trisha Mooney, firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than Friday, April 5th.
